These trekking routes include Marangu, Machame, Rongai, Lemosho route, the Umbwe route, the Shira route, and the Mweka route which is used for descent only.

The eco-zones of Majestic Kilimanjaro range from the tropics to the Arctic. The foot slopes are inhabited by a leopard, water buffalo, African elephants, antelope, and primates. Walking sticks, proper clothing, sunglass, enough drinking water, and determination are the key to a successful Mount Kilimanjaro climber.

Mount Kilimanjaro is regularly climbed in 5 days via the Marangu route, Kilimanjaro climbing adventure is a breathtaking activity and it’s recommended you take an extra day for acclimatization. Other climbs Kilimanjaro routes offer a minimum of 6 days such as the Machame route.

The team which will take you to the mountain will comprise a cook(s), mountain guide, and mountain porters. Depending on the nature of the group but a minimum of two porters per person carrying less than 15 kg of your luggage, cooking facilities, and sleeping tents depending on the route selected. One guide for four to five people with one assistant guide and one cook. Additional of team members will be arranged according to the situation of the group and luggage taken to the mountain.
